Why can't I run a check with the Content Analyzer and instead receive the message 'Something went wrong'?

Cause

If you're attempting to run a check using the Content Analyzer and you encounter a message like this:


It could be that when you look at 'Details' you see something like:

The token was expected to have 3 parts, but got 1.

Solution

In this scenario, you need to make sure you’ve signed in to your Core Platform successfully from the Content Analyzer.

Open the Content Analyzer and follow these steps:

  1. File > Preferences > sign in
  2. After signing in successfully, try running the check again.
