Which Acrolinx Integrations Support Enterprise Federated Authentication?

All Sidebar edition integrations and the Content Analyzer are supported. 

What Version of the Core Platform Is Supported? 

Core Platform 5.2 or later. Some integrations require newer versions.

What Federation Protocols Are Supported?

  • We’re using PingFederate as the authentication service provider (SP). PingFederate supports the following federation protocols:
    • SAML 1.0
    • SAML 1.1
    • SAML 2.0
    • OpenID
    • OpenID Connect
    • SCIM 1.1
    • WS-Security
    • WS-Trust
    • WS-Federation
    • OAuth2.0 (Included in version 2019.08 or greater)

Yes. We’ll provide a PingFederate server in your Acrolinx Private Cloud for you. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.

Can I Use the External Authentication with My On-Premise Core Platform?

Yes. You’ll need to run a PingFederate server next to your Core Platform. Please contact your customer success manager for more information.
