If you can’t see a personal Scorecard, check whether you’re signed in to Acrolinx as the correct user.
Your organization can restrict Scorecard access so that only the Scorecard owner is allowed to see it. If you can’t see a Scorecard, it means that:
- You aren’t the Scorecard owner, and your organization only allows Scorecard owners to view their own Scorecards.
- You’re the Scorecard owner, but you’re signed in as another user.
