Use the Admin Console
Before your writers can start tracking your website's content in Content Cube, you'll need to tell Acrolinx where to find it. You'll kick off the process in the admin console. If you're signed in with an account that has admin privileges, you'll find the console under Profile and settings > Admin Console.
Acrolinx uses a crawler with the user agent "Acrolinx-bot" to identify checkable text on your website. To make sure that Acrolinx can read your web content, add the Acrolinx-bot user agent to your allow list.
The admin console has the following sections:
- Content Library — Add a new domain, recheck content, and review checking issues.
- Data Center — Add content to your library, manage web crawling, and activate connectors.
- Settings
- Advanced Content Cube Settings — Keep an eye on what's happening with Content Cube behind the scenes.
